About the Role
Our client is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Specialist based in Englewood Cliffs NJ. The role supports customer reporting and claims management chassis utilization analysis and non-conformance case handling under the direction of the team manager.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Prepare and respond to reports based on requests from Our Client customers following task allocation and direction from the team manager
- Analyze chassis utilization status and manage overall usage efficiency
- Maintain and track the Claim List ensuring timely progress updates and resolution
- Collect and manage supporting documents for claims from shipping lines carriers and warehouse operations
- Register and manage non-conformance cases in the system including monitoring the status of non-conformance and claim records
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
