Job Summary
Our Commercial Division is seeking a Junior Electrical Technician. This entry-level role supports jobsite preparation material handling and conduit preparation while learning to perform standard electrical installation tasks under the supervision of a Licensed Electrical Supervisor. This position is designed to help develop foundational skills and build a sustainable labor pipeline within the division.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with staging tool setup unloading conduit prep and jobsite cleanup.
- Support wire pulls labeling and equipment mounting under direct supervision.
- Learn standard work: torque labeling photo documentation and safe ladder/lift practices.
Requirements
- 0-2 years experience; trade school or mechanical aptitude a plus.
- Coachability reliability and willingness to travel.
Travel and schedule:
- Travel expected; ensure per diem/overnight policy is clear from day one.
