- Manage a complex executive calendar travel and high-level communications
- Serve as a trusted liaison to the Board of Trustees leadership team and external partners
- Coordinate and support board meetings executive meetings and organizational initiatives
- Lead and support special projects with organization-wide impact
- Ensure smooth communication between the CEOs office and internal/external stakeholders
