Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing an array of administrative functions requiring confidentiality initiative and sound judgment in support of senior leadership and their team. This role provides high-level administrative support including conducting research preparing reports handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence receiving visitors arranging conference calls coordinating travel and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong calendar management experience
- Adaptable and collaborative team player
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint (including tables mail merges and formatting)
- Knowledge of general office procedures (filing correspondence scheduling expenses calendar management)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including professional phone etiquette
- Demonstrated tact and good judgment in handling confidential information
- Proven experience supporting and interacting with senior management
