Join us as a Designer in our Sydney office where we have big ambitions for the future of DC. We are focused on creating five pieces ofgreat workthat define our next chapter and are working towards becoming Agency of the Year by 2027. To do that we need people passionate to grow client partnerships create exceptional work and make a real impact.

Core responsibilities:

  • Champion creativity bypartnering with teams to ideate and execute boundary-pushing concepts across the ecosystem from global brand identities and disruptive advertising to immersive digital experiences.

  • Build robust visual languages craft compelling pitch narratives and finesses decks that win hearts and minds.

  • Generate original ideas that challenge the status quo whileremaininganchored in strategicobjectives.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by living at the forefront of emerging tech and design trends translating the next big thing into actionable innovation for our clients.

A bit about you:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role preferably in an agency or studio setting.

  • Strong portfolioshowcasinga diverse range of design projects demonstrating creativity technicalexpertise and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and other relevant design software.

  • Great knowledge of design principles typography colour theory and layout techniques.

  • Experience in brand strategy and development with an understanding of how design impacts and enhances brand identity.
