Youll work within the Cowboys Group dynamic Brand and Consumer Team which includes Marketing Production Content Membership Merchandise and Experiences reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and as part of a passionate design team.

About the Role
As the Senior Graphic Designer you will produce visually powerful work across digital print campaign and in-stadium platforms. Youll collaborate closely with football partnerships community membership merchandise and game day operations bringing fresh ideas and high-energy creativity that reflects the pride and spirit of North Queensland.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment has strong conceptual thinking skills and wants to play a meaningful part in elevating a top-tier sporting brand.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Creating bold consistent high-quality creative across all club channels.
- Contribute to the creative development for campaigns brand moments fan engagement content and partnership activations.
- Produce visually engaging assets across digital print social media LED website email and stadium environments.
- Uphold brand guidelines while maintaining a unified visual identity across all touchpoints.
Design Execution Across All Platforms
- Work with internal teams across our Cowboys group of businesses to deliver creative outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Create high-impact digital graphics for web social and email communication.
- Develop print advertising signage promotional materials event collateral and pointofsale assets.
- Produce motion and animated assets where required (After Effects experience advantageous).
- Ideate and deliver innovative visuals that resonate strongly with fans and stakeholders.
Print Production & Supplier Coordination
- Manage quotes supplier relationships and production timelines to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all printed materials meet brand standards and deadline requirements.
What You Will Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- 3 years of professional design experience in-house or agency side with senior or lead responsibilities.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking high visual impact and brand-consistent execution.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign (After Effects a bonus).
- Experience across digital and print design campaign creative brand identity and photography.
- Exceptional attention to detail time management and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work confidently across diverse departments.
