About the role

The Business Systems Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting multiple applications throughout the organisation in accordance with business needs of the organisation.

On a daily basis you will:

• Maintain and support multiple applications throughout the organisation in accordance with business needs
• Operational functions analysis configuration deployments and day-to-day tasks associated with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business systems.
• Manage and assist with projects to ensure business requirements are met and solutions are provided.
• Troubleshooting of complex issues will be required with assistance from the relevant vendor or internal ICT teams.

About You

The successful candidate will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in technology computer science related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications desirable.
• 5 years experience in systems administration and analysis with a proven track record of achieving objectives.
• Previous experience supporting and understanding of various functions within Payroll and HRIS systems will be highly regarded.
• Experience administering or supporting other business applications ie. TechnologyOne Onecouncil Content Manager ECM UKG (Kronos) Oracle HR suite
• Experience working autonomously; assisting with projects while also managing your time to provide support to the organisation.
