As a Coach (Retail Supervisor) at the Westgate Nike Store you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring our team to deliver an exceptional retail experience for our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to empower the retail team ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding customer service
Lead by example demonstrating Nikes core values and brand behaviours to foster a positive and engaging work environment
Manage and oversee daily store operations including inventory management visual merchandising and sales reporting
Collaborate with the store leadership team to implement strategic initiatives and drive sales growth
Act as a brand ambassador upholding Nikes reputation and elevating the customer experience
Identify and develop talent providing opportunities for team members to grow and advance within the company

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role preferably within the athletic or fashion industries
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with the agility to adapt to changing retail environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
A passion for the Nike brand and a deep understanding of the retail landscape
Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings weekends and holidays as required
