About the Role
The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee both the battery material warehouse and the resin warehouse for Our Client in Streetsboro OH. This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations inventory accuracy safety and regulatory compliance cross-functional communication workforce management KPI tracking cost control and logistics systems.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize overall operations of both the battery material and resin warehouses including inbound outbound inventory storage and shipping processes.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories; analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards for battery materials (including Dangerous Goods) and chemical products (resin); adhere to OSHA and other regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits.
- Communicate with Our Client regarding operational matters and collaborate with internal departments such as production procurement and transportation.
- Manage warehouse staff including hiring training and performance evaluation; develop workforce plans to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor logistics KPIs (inventory accuracy OTIF production support rate etc.) and drive continuous improvement based on performance analysis.
- Control warehouse operating costs and identify cost-saving opportunities; improve operational efficiency through process enhancements.
- Manage WMS and other logistics systems and ensure data accuracy to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Logistics Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple warehouses or large-scale distribution centers.
- Experience in the battery chemical or manufacturing industries (preferred).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including WMS inventory control and inbound/outbound processes.
- Knowledge of handling and storage of Dangerous Goods and chemical materials.
- Experience in logistics KPI management and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA and experience complying with hazardous materials/chemical regulations.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Proven experience in team management (hiring training performance evaluation).
- Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders and effective decision-making and issue-resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English for business communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
- Experience working in global or overseas environments (preferred).

Base salary range: $90000 - $110000 per year. Base salary will depend on experience qualifications and skills.
