Position: Staff Product Manager

Duties: Build and own a product roadmap with proper phasing. Communicates with cross-functional partners and stakeholders. Explores alternative avenues to identify resources while navigating through organizational constraints and dependencies. Builds stakeholder alignment. Independently (or with minimal guidance) manages backlog/priority tradeoff decisions and communications. Manages product/feature rollouts and scaling (using an MVP approach) and iteratively optimizes the product. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Owns business and user acceptance testing for simple products/features. Independently represents product requirements and drives design outcomes. Leverages knowledge of competitor products/services for assigned products. Drives informed discussions with internal teams and stakeholders to assess feasibility and risks and prioritize efforts features and capabilities. Research and verify customer needs and expectations. Delivers customer value within the parameters of profitability and other targets. Builds and maintains consistent customer connections and solicits customer feedback. Creates customer journeys and identifies customer touchpoints. Addresses gaps/risks in product experiences. Simplifies and improves processes to drive customer satisfaction. Own a customer problem and/or product requirements/needs. Assists in building new ideas/products. Explores new focus areas/unchartered areas for value creation leveraging first principles and develops a long-term vision. Articulates problem statements and hypotheses. Effectively communicates product strategy and vision and the unit economics of a product. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration Computer Science Engineering (any) Management of Technology or related field and 2 years of post-bachelors progressively responsible experience in product management; OR Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration Computer Science Engineering (any) Management of Technology or related field and 5 years of post-bachelors progressively responsible experience in product management.
Skills required: Experience conducting market analysis and customer research. Experience developing product roadmaps drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and gathering technical requirements. Experience grooming backlogs writing feature scope documents and breaking features down into Epics Phases and Stories. Experience collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales teams to develop Go-To-Market Strategies and Collateral. Experience building and launching technical products to solve customer challenges. Experience coordinating with Engineering teams and Data science teams to ascertain Level of Effort estimates and prioritize features. Experience conducting data analysis and creating data visualizations using Microsoft (MS) Excel SQL Python and Tableau. Experience working with User Experience Design teams to provide product requirements and develop wireframes. Experience communicating directly with customers partners and external stakeholders about product features updates and strategic direction. Experience ensuring that all products and features comply with relevant laws and regulations including data privacy and security standards. Experience training internal teams on the functionality and benefits of an advertising platform and ad tech product suite including creating documentation or guidelines for the use of these products. Salary Range: $164715/year to $286000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
