As a Veterinary TechnicianSupervisor you will
Serveas a mentor to lower-level staff bydemonstratingpositive work habits effective clinicalskillsand business knowledge.
Coachteam members to be continuously aware and proactive atanticipatingand addressing patient and client needs and to seekassistancewith escalated stressful situations.
Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
Identifyconflicts in the workplace andseekassistancein resolution.
Providefeedbackleadership andworksto develop performance improvement plans.
Other related duties as assigned.
