Job Summary
Secur-Serv is a leading managed services provider of IT print and hardware services with a security focus at the core of every service. Secur-Serv provides nationwide on-site service to businesses of every size focusing on the financial manufacturing transportation and healthcare industries.
This position is based in our headquarters in Omaha NE and the schedule is 10:00am - 7:00pm CST weekdays.

POSITION SUMMARY
Perform standard shipping and receiving includes basic computerand paperwork functions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare outgoing shipmentsby:
- Packing boxes
- Foaming product
- Stretch wrapping-palletizing
- Create shipping labels through computer software
- Receive product from outside vendors
- Deliver or route materials to departments or designated personnel
- Keeps shipping areasclean andorganized
- Prepare andmaintainaccuratedocumentation both on computer and in paper format
- Routepaperwork toappropriate departments
- Trackproducts
- Inventory:Conduct cycle countproductinventoryand suppliesas per department schedules to ensure accuracy of on-hand counts
- Work with internal and external customers to achieve shipment objectives
- Ensure quality control and accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work10AM 7 PM weekdays
- Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodations.
- Must be able to lift push and pull up to50lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Able to accuratelyretainand processdetails
- Be able to learn and float between all shippingreceivinglogistic responsibilities
- Regular consistent attendancerequired
- High School Graduate GED or higher
