DISTRICT MANAGERGannett Publishing Services / USA TODAY OHWe are offering a base salary of $43000 based on experienceJob Responsibilities Communicate policies and procedures to independent agent carrier force to ensure excellent customer service. Supervise an independent carriers for home delivery. Perform all necessary administrative functions to run a district. Manage carrier force from appropriate distribution center. Manage and when necessary distribute all products within the distribution centers. Supervise resolution of customer complaints personally or through the carriers. Manage the draw for all independent agent/single copy sales in his/her geographic area to maximize sales. Manage all billing statements for independent agents including collection; documentation and submitting appropriate credit/debits. Track appropriate service and circulation numbers. When necessary responsible for delivery to subscribers. Vehicle and a valid driver license is required for this position.
