ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations including supporting PPM completion through the SMS tool as part of the Salesforce Suite.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and perform reception and post room duties.
- Coordinate subcontractors for service and project work and set up meeting rooms according to customer requests.
- Assist the site head and support external audits while representing Honeywell.
- Implement front-line HSE protocols and coordinate customer liaison including attendance at regular meetings.
- Handle additional tasks such as updating controlled documents forecasting and quoting for extra works ordering parts and managing waste disposal documentation.
QualificationsKey skills and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficient computer skills especially in Excel with knowledge of PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
- Demonstrate a proactive self-motivated attitude with energy and commitment to tasks.
- Exhibit accuracy sound judgment and effective prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines including outside normal office hours with a flexible service-oriented approach.
- Reliable attendance punctuality and a proven record of good timekeeping and minimal sickness.
