Job Summary
Now Hiring: Mobile Service Technician
OurFordMobile Service Program and were looking for a skilled motivatedMobile Service Technicianto join our team.
In this unique role youll bring the dealership experience directly to our customers performing light maintenance recall work and routine serviceat their home workplace or other locations. Youll also assist with recall work at other dealerships and auto auctions.
This is a great opportunity for aClass B-level technicianwhos looking for a change of pace enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

What Youll Do
Perform some maintenance routine service and recall repairs from a fully equippedmobile service van
Travel to customers homes workplaces and partner locations to complete on-site service
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and your dedicated Service Advisor
Represent the dealerships brand with professionalism integrity and a customer-first attitude
Maintain accurate service records and ensure all tools parts and supplies are prepared for the days appointments
Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure quality efficiency and a seamless customer experience
What Were Looking For
Class B Technician skillswith experience in light mechanical and maintenance work
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills youll be the face of our service team on the road
Professional appearance and demeanor you represent our dealership and brand
Highlyorganized and proactive with the ability to plan and prepare for upcoming service appointments
Comfortable workingindependently and remotely
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
