This is a full-time on-site role for an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Director in the Hilton Head/Bluffton South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The ASC Director will oversee the daily operations of the surgery center ensure compliance with regulatory standards manage staff and maintain a superior level of patient care. Responsibilities include budget management implementing operational policies collaborating with healthcare providers and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance operational policies and safety standards specific to ambulatory surgery centers.
Financial management expertise including budgeting forecasting and cost control strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with physicians staff and stakeholders.
Proficiency in problem-solving decision-making and process improvement methodologies.
Prior experience in a healthcare supervisory or management role preferably in an ambulatory surgery center or similar setting.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Nursing or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) credential is preferred but not required.
