Debt Advisory Director

Fellwood Advisory now proudly part of Cooper Parry Deals continues to grow at pace. Were now looking for an Associate Director or Director to join our expanding Debt Advisory team as we build on our reputation in the debt capital markets and support ambitious businesses across the UK.

We work with many private equitybacked and ownermanaged corporates helping them raise capital to fund growthwhether through acquisition or investment into organic growth.

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a leading role in a fastscaling entrepreneurial advisory platform shaping the future of our debt offering while delivering highimpact outcomes for private equitybacked and ownermanaged businesses.

What Youll Be Doing

- Client Consultation: Engage directly with clients to understand strategic objectives financial priorities risk appetite and capital structure requirements.

- Financial Analysis: Lead detailed financial analysis including cash flow forecasting debt capacity evaluation covenant analysis and scenario modelling.

- Debt Structuring: Design and structure innovative financing solutions tailored to each client.

- Transaction Execution: Take ownership of deals from inception through to completion.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients and lenders.

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership coaching and mentoring to colleagues across the team.

- Market Insight: Monitor debt markets regulatory developments and economic trends.

- 810 years experience in debt advisory leveraged finance corporate finance or banking.

- Strong financial acumen and modelling capability.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Experience leading teams.

- Strategic mindset.

- Clientcentric approach.
