Responsibilities:
- Lead full coordination of parts deliveries to meet site demands and operational priorities;
- Proactively prevent delays and reduce turbine downtime through effective planning and follow-up;
- Drive performance improvements by optimizing SLA and OTD (On-Time Delivery) metrics. Investigate root causes of OTD deviations and collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective actions;

- Provide expert guidance and operational support to internal stakeholders;
- Ensure full compliance across the end-to-end parts delivery process;
- Conduct parts compatibility analysis when original requested materials are unavailable;
- Partner closely with Planning Repair Warehouse Sourcing Logistics and Engineering teams to develop alternative solutions and ensure timely delivery;
- Monitor delivery performance resolve issues generate reports and track KPIs to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Logistics Engineering or related field;
- Experience in Order Management;
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end order management processes;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) Power BI and Smartsheet;
- Intermediate/Advanced English (written and spoken);
- Experience with Oracle systems will be considered a plus.
