Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: Lake Hopatcong NJ
Shift & Hours:
- 36 hours guaranteed with the potential to work up to 40 hours/week
- Overtime requires prior approval from the director
Job Summary:
Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care for a general orthopedic patient population including post-surgical patients workers compensation cases and motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients. The role may include floating to other clinic locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation treatment and rehabilitation services for patients with orthopedic and post-surgical needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments
- Maintain productivity expectations: 60 patient visits per week; approximately 1214 patients per day
- Manage follow-up visits including double-booking as necessary
- Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to all clinic policies safety protocols and documentation standards
- Float to other clinic locations as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree and licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
