Job Summary

  • Manage and convert wedding and special event enquiries maximising revenue opportunities in line with business targets
  • Develop bespoke proposals and packages tailored to individual client needs ensuring a luxury and personalised approach
  • Build strong relationships with clients acting as their main point of contact from enquiry through to event delivery
  • Conduct site visits and showcase the property with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Negotiate contracts manage budgets and ensure all event details are accurately documented
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams including Events F&B Front Office Golf Wellness and Reservations to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee event planning timelines ensuring all client requirements and deadlines are met
  • Attend and support the delivery of key weddings and special events ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Proactively generate new business through networking partnerships and market awareness
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and sales systems including forecasts and reports
  • Represent the hotel at wedding fairs showcases and promotional events
  • Uphold brand standards in all client interactions ensuring a consistently high level of service and presentation

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in weddings events sales or luxury hospitality sales management
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident and professional approach
  • Experience using CRM systems sales platforms or hotel PMS
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality personalised experiences
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Professional personal presentation aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • A genuine passion for weddings events and luxury hospitality
