Job Summary
Were hiring an Associate Director to join our Retail Capital Markets team at Colliers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced capital markets professional looking to take the next step in a dynamic and highly active sector. Youll be working under the leadership of Mark Girling across high-profile retail investment transactions advising clients and playing a key role in originating and executing deals.
Were looking for someone who:
Has strong experience in capital markets ideally with exposure to retail assets
Brings a proven track record in deal execution and client management
Is commercially driven with strong market insight
Thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment
