Salomon is looking for its new Epicenter Community Activation Specialist in Milan (W/M) a key role at the heart of our brand our community and the city.
- Trade activation
- Develop the acceleration plan for Trade support (maximize weeks of presence at partners)
- Plan and coordinate consumer-facing drive to store program following Global guidelines
- Manage demo days clinics and on-field presence for Softgoods
- Manage and coordinate ambassadors
- Influence / Brand amplification
- Develop influencers activation plan scout and manage mid-profiles in the city create activate and grow the influencers community in Epicenters activate micro-influencers in the selected territory
- Create authentic contents to feed Social Media channels following Global guidelines manage and coordinate local SoMe channels (with digital team)
- Leverage international athletes via content local races trade activation
- Events management
- Develop / leverage the World Golden Trail Seriesin country (360 amplification plan/pre-during-after)
- Key Races management
- Epicenter Run events 360 plan pre-during-after and business development
- Track and analyze sports & influencer marketing KPIs
- Manage assigned A&P budget
Qualifications :
Essential skills & experience
- 4 years experience in the specific sports community or overall Marketing environment strong background of the consumer & influencing area
- Sport Expert & Enthusiast sport participant at experienced level (in his/ her sports)
- Network: connected with sport & community Sport specific Events Athletes Clubs Coaches Federation Programs etc.
- Knowledge of Milano running and Sportstyle communities and crews
Essential Competencies:
- Natural leadership: ability to guide and coordinate external vendors/agents; acts as the face of the brand and key contact for a community of 20-40 ambassadors.
- Able to inspire purpose and passion and train both internal and external partners.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Influencing skills: builds alignment cooperation and shared direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey ideas clearly.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities; builds partnerships at all levels.
- Solid project management and planning skills; reliable and efficient in execution.
- Positive motivating mindset; openminded teamoriented and highly connected.
- Consumercentric contributing to a seamless consumer experience within the OC approach.
- Confident presenting to large audiences and adapting content to different needs.
