What you will do
1. System Administration & Configuration
- Manage user accounts profiles and permission sets within the OCE CRM.
- Assign users to territories and maintain territory hierarchies.
- Configure and update product hierarchies align products to territories and manage product messages.
- Set up and maintain sample management including permissions limits and audit trails.
- Administer Closed-Loop Marketing (CLM) content presentations and territory alignment.
2. Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure all configurations and user management actions comply with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Maintain documentation for system changes and user activities.
- Support audits and data integrity checks as required.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Commercial Excellence Sales IT and KAM teams to align with business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on OCE features and best practices as part of the on-boarding process.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role
1. Education:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
2. Experience:
- 24 years in Salesforce administration or CRM management preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Understanding of the business domain and dynamics of Ophthalmology market
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Experience with user territory and product management in CRM systems.
- Familiarity with data governance compliance and audit processes.
- Understanding of CLM sample management and analytics modules within CRM.
4. Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
5. Preferred Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel skills is mandatory
- Experience with OCE or similar pharmaceutical CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
