Inviting applications for the role of Manager Strategy Manufacturing
This role is a high visibility role with an accelerated career path and immense growth potential. We are looking for a self-starter who is upbeat agile and can effectively lead operating teams enabling them to deliver compelling financial outcomes while improving efficiency.
Responsibilities
Independently develop customized strategies (CXO pitches proposal decks white papers etc.) in either of these areas (Go-to-market (GTM) study on new segments regions or solutions for Manufacturing vertical; proactive sales proposals to CXOs/clients with the goal to be invited to deals; analyst surveys reviewing Genpacts capabilities and offerings etc.)
Should be able to communicate effectively with Manufacturing leaders Sales and Operations leaders clients supporting teams (growth Ops service lines DTAI etc.) related to the subject
Point of View on client challenges industry trends competitor landscape development of strategy pitches (GTM strategy/proactive hunting or sales opportunity scouting/CXO pitches/org redesign)
Build client proposals for pre-sales/live deals incorporating industry and process nuances latest technology solutions Genpacts success stories and credentials etc.
Lead creation of deal submission proposals working with subject matter experts across functions operations service lines pricing etc.
Work closely with Manufacturing leadership sales leads client SPOCs and process owners Genpact operating teams and global relationship managers for key accounts
Collaborate with various teams to ensure the right content is proposed for new deals actively participating in select deal pitches and aiding and enabling concise storylines
Minimum Qualifications:
MBA from a leading university with outstanding academic achievement OR rich experience of program management with large global organizations/teams
Experience in strategy consulting/management consulting preferably
Ability to work in a matrix reporting relationships and global environment with strong enough communication skills to influence multiple internal stakeholders
Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables
Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills MIS understanding should be able to work on PowerPoint presentations
Flexibility to quickly shift priorities multi-task and juggle simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and manage all to completion
