Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining efficient store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage train and supervise store staff
- Monitor sales performance and help achieve store targets
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage inventory and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail or store management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sales and inventory systems
