Job Summary
Inventa is a leader in the design creation and execution of innovative brand experiences from large-scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 29th year we are at the forefront of experiential marketing and the event space.
We are looking for Brand Ambassadors Team Lead and Supervisors for Recycle BC-Urban 2026 to spearhead this activation. The team will be setting up at open-air events in the Lower Mainland to talk to community members about recycling in their specific municipalities. Through fun recycling forward challenges 100% recycled giveaways and photo ops with Rick Recycle. This is a family-friendly and education-based activation that is a summer staple.
To excel in this role you will have excellent communication and networking skills in addition to having open availability for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is strongly desired and must be comfortable with heavy lifting set up and tear down of the footprint. TL and Sup must be comfortable driving Cargo or Sprinter van (Comfortable driving 16ft trucks with liftgate; 20ft truck experience is an asset) and available for 80% or more of the events to be considered.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with the companys mission vision and goals.
Educating and interacting with customers retailers and distributors about recycling best practices cleaning and storage materials
Assist team with set up and tear down of the footprint and assets
Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the client service department.
Tracking customer preferences metrics and media campaigns.
Meet physical demands and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical setup tasks as required.
Representing the company at product launches events and trade shows.
Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Providing Supervisor with highlights and comments to contribute to the final report
Brand Ambassador Requirements:
A drivers license and access to a vehicle are mandatory requirements for Brand Ambassadors and Supervisors
Team Leader & Supervisor comfortable and experienced driving 1 Ton cube truck (NOT NECESSARY FOR BAs)
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly approachable and outgoing personality.
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Available for min 80% of activation dates to be considered a core team member
Other duties as assigned.
Punjabi Hindi Urdu or Arabic speakers are encouraged to apply.
Must be able to get themselves to work.
