Class 3 - Co2 Microbulk Driver (Full time) Vancouver BC

This is an existing position with a starting pay rate of $37.57 per hour.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Delivery of liquid Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and/or Nitrogen (N2) to scheduled customers using a tandem axle tanker. This includes daily loading of the tanker from bulk facility
  • Conduct pre and post trip inspections
  • Maintain driver logs on the trucks OBC (ELD)
  • Complete and maintain all required training as assigned
  • Complete daily delivery logs and other necessary reports
  • Complete monthly credit card reconciliations as well as any other necessary reports in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Valid incident free applicable provincial Class 3 or Class 1 Drivers License
  • Liquid tanker commercial driving experience is considered an asset
  • Strong aptitude for delivery technology (handheld computers E-Logs)
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) considered an asset
  • City driving experience in tight quarters
  • Safety First mentality. Remain attentive in hazard recognition
