We are looking for a driven results-oriented Business Developer to grow our footprint in the Gulf Coast region.What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
As a Staffing Business Developer you will manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to account managementto expand our market presence.- Hunt & Prospect:Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial and technical sectors through cold calling LinkedIn and networking.
- Strategic Growth:Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base in the petrochemical energy and mechanical industries.
- Consultative Selling:Evaluate client needs to provide tailored staffing solutions (temporary temp-to-hire direct-hire).
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain lasting relationships with Hiring Managers Procurement and HR professionals.
- Proposal Presentation:Present tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)- Experience:3 years of experience in business development B2B sales or staffing/recruitment (industrial/technical staffing experience is highly preferred).
- Proven Track Record:Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Skills:Exceptional sales skills including cold calling presentation negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with industrial mechanical or safety staffing is a plus.
- Technology:Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Attributes:Highly organized self-motivated and proactive hunter mentality.
