Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Courier Drivers to join our team in Durban South Africa. As a Courier Driver you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages and documents to our clients. You will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service. Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently transport packages and documents to designated locations - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries - Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle - Ensure all packages are properly secured and protected during transportation - Collect and record payments from customers if required - Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Complete necessary paperwork and log sheets accurately - Report any delays accidents or other incidents to the supervisor - Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations - Follow company policies and procedures at all times - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times Requirements: - Valid drivers license and clean driving record - Minimum of 2 years experience as a courier driver - Knowledge of Durban and surrounding areas - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Physically fit and able to lift packages up to 50lbs - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be reliable and punctual - Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required Benefits: - Competitive salary - Medical and dental benefits - Paid time off - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company - Supportive and positive work environment If you are a responsible and experienced driver with a passion for customer service we would love to hear from you.
