Main Duties:
- Resolve hardware software and network issues across all company offices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical alerts escalating complex problems when necessary
- Install and update operating systems and hardware to ensure optimal performance
- Manage user accounts and access rights in line with security protocols
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of hardware software licenses and peripherals
- Provide user guidance and training to improve proficiency with new systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours critical support
- Perform additional duties as required by business needs
What skills do you need
- Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Microsoft Certifications will be considered an asset
- Two years working experience in IT Technical Support on Windows Operating Systems inc. client/Server applications
- Experience working with SharePoint and other Office 365 products
- Basic knowledge of networking eg TCP/IP WAN/LAN
- Knowledge of SQL Server
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
