Summary:
Rugby Borough Council (RBC) is seeking an experienced and professional Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join the Housing Services team. This role focuses on managing and investigating a diverse caseload of ASB matters across the borough utilizing both early intervention strategies and formal enforcement actions. You will work directly with residents victims and perpetrators to deliver proportionate solutions often taking ownership of complex cases with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed caseload of routine and complex ASB and tenancy breach cases ensuring full ownership and compliance with RBC policies.
- Conduct thorough evidence-based investigations into complaints and reports of ASB.
- Adopt a victim-centered and trauma-informed approach identifying vulnerabilities early and making appropriate referrals.
- Prepare and submit legal applications including ASB injunctions and Notices of Seeking Possession (NOSPs)
- Draft clear accurate witness statements and court documentation while maintaining precise records.
Essentials:
- Significant experience within housing management community safety or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of ASB legislation including injunctions community protection measures and possession proceedings
- Competent in Microsoft Office and the use of case-management or CRM systems.
- Must possess business insurance for a car or have the ability to obtain it for driving purposes.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires a Basic DBS
