Als Stabsstelle des CFO arbeitet unsere Abteilung Information Security eng mit allen Geschäftsbereichen zusammen. Denn echte Informationssicherheit entsteht erst dann wennSecurity und Business gemeinsamhandeln.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklungdes konzernweiten AwarenessProgramms inkl. Zielgruppenanalyse Kommunikations- und Marketingstrategie

Definition relevanter KPIs sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Messmethoden zur Erfolgskontrolle

Erstellung moderner Lern- und Kommunikationsformate (u.a. MicroLearnings ELearnings Videos Kampagnen)

Organisation und Durchführung von Trainings Workshops und Kampagnen digital hybrid oder vor Ort

Planung und Durchführung von Phishing-Simulationen SecurityTests und Follow-up-Analysen Evaluation der Maßnahmen

Beobachtung aktueller Cyberbedrohungen (z.B.SocialEngineering KIbasierte Angriffe Ransomware) und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

Auswahl Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleisterim Bereich Awareness undPhishing

Unsere Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik Wirtschaftsinformatik Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie Projektleitungserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit im EnterpriseUmfeld

Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungs-/ Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen

Kenntnisse in digitalen Lernformaten LMSSystemen (z.B. Workday) und Standards wie SCORM

Die vielfältigen bereichsübergreifenden Kontakte im Rahmen von Team- und Projektarbeit erfordern ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Überzeugungskraft

Eine selbstständige zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit komplexe Prozesse zu analysieren konzeptionell abzubilden und zu moderieren
