About The Opportunity
At Corporate Traveller social media is where our brand voice meets the real-world chaos and charm of business travel. As our Social Media Content Manager youll bring our stories to life through creative scroll-stopping content designed for busy executive assistants across Canada and the USA. This role is highly hands-on blending strategy storytelling production and community engagement to build trust in our technology and travel expertise. Key Responsibilities
Research plan and execute organic social media strategies aligned to business objectives
Partner with marketing leaders to develop social content calendars informed by trends and insights
Capture edit and publish high-performing social content across major platforms
Produce video static and low-to-high production content that drives impressions engagement and follower growth
Establish and evolve visual language and branded storytelling across channels
Collaborate with Brand Content Digital Events and Partnership teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
Execute on-site social storytelling at events trade shows and partnership activations
Stay current on social cultural advertising and industry trends to inform content creation
Collaborate with Paid Digital Media teams to align with regional paid social strategies
Monitor and manage social communities including platforms such as G2 and Reddit responding to enquiries and feedback
Track performance report on results and identify opportunities to optimize content and engagement

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing
Passion for social media trends memes and storytelling
Proven ability to produce content across video and static formats
Proficiency with social editing tools such as Canva and native platform tools
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using social media management platforms (e.g. Oktopost Hootsuite Sprout Social)
Strong written verbal and presentation skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams
Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and attention to detail
Some experience working with influencers is an asset
Willingness to submit a 60-second video and portfolio of relevant work as part of the application

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of $74000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors including experience geographic location and job requirements.
