Location: Caribbean Region

Job Level: Full-Time Fully Remote (2-year renewable contract)

Job Summary

The Customer Acquisition Specialist at The Hive Careers is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new clients expand the companys customer base and strengthen client relationships through proactive outreach. This role works closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads optimize conversion funnels support client outreach initiatives and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including digital marketing social media email campaigns networking events and direct outreach.

Client Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients through email phone calls social platforms and other communication channels to build relationships introduce services and convert leads into customers.

Marketing Funnel Optimization: Analyze and improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion ensuring efficient processes that maximize acquisition rates.

Data Analysis: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition and outreach efforts providing regular reports and insights to guide strategic decisions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.

Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a positive experience that supports long-term relationships.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities.

Budget Management: Manage acquisition budgets effectively ensuring resources are allocated strategically to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition client outreach sales or marketing roles
  • At least 3-5 years experience in B2B client acquisition
