Job Summary
Location: Barbados (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time Remote
Role Summary:
You will design and lead a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) driving execution excellence and standardization across all projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish governance frameworks and program methodologies
- Mentor and develop project managers within the organization
- Align PMO activities with strategic objectives
- Implement tools for real-time reporting and resource management
- Serve as a change champion for project delivery
Key Requirements:
- 7 years in project/program management
- Proven experience setting up or leading a PMO
- Advanced knowledge of PM software and frameworks
- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- PMP PgMP or similar certification preferred
