Finance and Administration Manager (Latin America Remote)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance and Administration Manager to lead the companys financial operations and administrative functions across Latin America. This role is responsible for overseeing accounting financial reporting budgeting compliance and internal controls while also managing administrative processes that support business operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capability strategic financial insight and hands-on execution experience in a remote multi-country environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable/receivable payroll coordination and month-end/year-end close.

Ensure compliance with local financial tax and statutory regulations across assigned Latin American jurisdictions.

Prepare review and present accurate financial statements management reports and variance analyses to senior leadership.

Lead budgeting forecasting and cash flow management processes to support business planning and decision-making.

Establish implement and maintain internal controls financial policies and procedures to ensure governance and risk mitigation.

Manage and optimize the use of accounting systems ERP tools and financial reporting platforms.

Coordinate with external auditors tax consultants banks and regulatory authorities as required.

Oversee administrative operations including vendor management contracts documentation and operational support functions.

Provide guidance mentoring and performance oversight to accounting and administrative team members.

Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree or professional certification is a plus).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards financial controls budgeting and regulatory compliance.

Experience working with Latin American financial regulations and multi-entity environments is highly preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g. QuickBooks Sage NetSuite or similar).

Advanced Excel skills and strong capability in financial modeling and analysis.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work independently in a remote setup.

Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
