Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment onboarding and performance reviews Administer payroll benefits and compliance for remote staff Support employee relations and engagement initiatives Provide training and development programs Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems

Requirements:

4 years experience in HR

Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Familiarity with Caribbean labor laws is a plus
