About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Buyer to manage procurement activities across a distributed remote-first environment. This role is critical in optimizing cost quality and supplier performance while supporting regional and global operations
Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with local and international vendors for goods and services Analyze price proposals financial reports and supplier performance Create and issue purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation Track and manage inventory levels and delivery timelines Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure long-term value Collaborate cross-functionally with finance logistics operations and engineering teams
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management Business or related field 35 years experience in procurement supply chain or purchasing Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems Self-motivated detail-oriented and highly organized Experience working with regional Caribbean suppliers is a plus
