What Youll Do
As our Parts Manager youll play a key leadership role in dealership operations:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the parts department (retail & wholesale)
- Maintain accurate inventory control and purchasing processes
- Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability
- Train coach and develop parts team members
- Monitor expenses pricing and department profitability
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and legal regulations
- Forecast goals and drive department performance
- Oversee stocking organization and inventory accuracy
- Promote and enforce safety standards and company values
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of automotive parts management experience
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Professional attitude and appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
