Job Summary
As a Senior Manager of Integrated Supply Chain Finance (internally titled ) at Honeywell you will take a critical role in guiding financial strategies and optimizing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain contributing significantly to the organizations performance.
You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.
In this role you will be responsible for helping to lead and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance and profitability. Your expertise in supply chain finance principles cost accounting and financial analysis will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain operations and improving cost efficiency. By collaborating with cross-functional teams you will identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your financial analysis and insights will support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance. You will play a key role in managing budgeting forecasting and financial reporting processes for the Integrated Supply Chain organization.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic commercial support to the business in all aspects of sales finance working capital and project installation/service
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial finance professionals
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain finance principles cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex global organization.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
