Position Summary:
The Integrated Solutions Manager is responsible for leading the daytodayoperations of the Integrated Solutions business with primary accountabilityfor execution performance profitability and delivery. This position owns theP&L drives improvements in lead time and throughput and providesleadership across engineering fabrication project execution and field teamsto ensure consistent highquality results for our customers.
This position is based in Indianapolis with occasionaltravel to customer sites or internal facilities as needed. The role offers acompetitive compensation plan and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all daytodayoperations within the Integrated Solutions group.
Own and manage the IntegratedSolutions P&L including revenue margin labor and overhead performance.
Monitor project financials andexecution metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Drive improvements in lead timedelivery predictability and execution efficiency.
Provide operational leadershipacross engineering fabrication panel build and field support functions.
Ensure projects are properlyplanned staffed and executed from order intake through closeout.
Collaborate crossfunctionallywith sales project management engineering and service teams to align scopeschedule and execution strategy.
Identify and remove bottlenecksimpacting cost schedule or quality.
Establish and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) related to margin throughput and ontimedelivery.
Support staffing onboarding andperformance development for operational team members.
Promote and enforce safetyquality and company standards across all Integrated Solutions activities.
Provide regular updates onworkload backlog health execution performance and challenges.
Foster a culture of ownershipaccountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications &Requirements:
Bachelors degree in EngineeringOperations Business or a related field preferred.
8 years of experience inindustrial automation systems integration fabrication or project execution.
Demonstrated success inoperational leadership with financial accountability.
Strong understanding ofengineering workflows fabrication processes and project delivery.
Proven track record of improvingexecution efficiency and reducing lead times.
Excellent communication andcoordination skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.
Highly organized with strongproblemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fastpaced environment.
Must be legally authorized to workin the United States.
