Location: New Haven Connecticut
A well-established nonprofit community-focused healthcare organization in the New Haven area is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join its growing outpatient practice. The organization is academically affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and is nationally recognized for patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
The physician will provide outpatient care for endocrine disorders including diabetes thyroid and metabolic conditions develop evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate closely with primary care providers specialists and diabetes educators while utilizing EMR and participating in quality initiatives.
