Order Entry Representative

As an Order Entry Representative you will perform the following day to day functions:

• Order Entry
• Change order processing
• Making updates to orders
• Provide order management support to the Application Engineers and Project Managers
• Provides timely and effective communication to internal stakeholders.
• Complete all departmental filing

COMPANY PROTOCOL ENDORSEMENT

• Ensure compliance to G&W corporate policies procedures and standards including housekeeping safety and appearance. Identify and implement continuous improvement to these protocols to enhance Company-wide efficiency and effectiveness.

• Focus to building healthy communicative relationships with co-workers clients and others.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a 2 year associate degree or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of 3 years customer service or related experience performing order entry along with some shipping/receiving/inventory experience.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Has PC and general office skills and a minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing environment and international customer service role bilingual (Spanish preferred) a plus Microsoft Word Excel Access and Outlook strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task excellent phone skills and organizational skills.
• Has the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or comments from Sales Service or the customer base. Ability to use clear concise written communication

Typical pay is $annually.
