We are hiring a Brand Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new Pub Crawl experience brand aimed at an international audience.
This role is perfect for a hands-on creative and strategic professional who thrives in building a brand from scratch and driving its visibility engagement and commercial successall from a fully remote setup.
Tasks
Your Mission
You will take full ownership of the brand across strategy communication and execution:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and develop the brand identity (tone of voice positioning visual direction)
- Build a strong recognizable brand for an international nightlife-oriented audience
- Ensure consistency across all digital channels
2. Marketing & Growth
- Design and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness and bookings
- Launch and manage campaigns (online & offline)
- Identify strategic partnerships (hostels hotels tourism actors influencers)
- Optimize customer acquisition and brand visibility
3. Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram TikTok etc.)
- Create engaging viral and community-driven content
- Collaborate with creators photographers and videographers
- Capture and leverage user-generated content
4. Operations & Customer Experience
- Understand the customer journey remotely through analytics and feedback
- Coordinate with local teams to ensure brand consistency on-site
- Gather insights and continuously improve the experience
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 36 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Social Media
- Strong social media management and content creation expertise
- Background in hospitality events tourism or lifestyle brands is a strong plu
- Ability to build and execute marketing strategies from scratch
- Creative energetic and highly execution-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing both strategy and remote operations
Languages:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
