Hiring for Fall 2026!Behavioral Health Technician Paid Internship - starting at $22.00 per hour based on experience and certifications $400 training bonus!Description:Do you have experience in behavioral therapy and want to learn from a company that actively improves the lives of the individuals it serves In the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Intern role you will be responsible for ensuring behavior management programs are consistently implemented for youth 21 and under: Promote safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication social interaction and problem-solving skills Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information Accurately collect behavior data including: A-B-C count frequency duration latency inter-response time event and interval-based recording as needed Attend clinical meetings as assigned such as access review meetings clinical team meetings progress conferences Youll Gain:At the end of your internship with your combination of hands-on experience supervision and training you will be able to:1. Accurately and independently record data based on observations2. Demonstrate effective interventions when working with youth with behavioral needs3. Demonstrate effective communication skills with various populations co-workers caregivers and outside organizationsQualifications: Must be enrolled in a college program seeking credit for class or graduation.
