Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist$74000-$84000Do you have experience in speech-language pathology and a passion for working with children and families in a pediatric outpatient setting We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist who is committed to supporting communication development through engaging individualized and family-centered this role you will play an essential part in helping children reach their full potential by completing comprehensive evaluations assessing speech language and feeding/swallowing skills and developing personalized evidence-based treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with caregivers to provide education coaching and home programming ensuring that skills generalize to the childs natural environment. Your clinical expertise and creativity will support meaningful outcomes in areas such as expressive and receptive language articulation social communication and and administer speech therapy using techniques that assist in the rehabilitation of individuals with functional disabilities of speech language voice and medical records test and evaluate individuals served develop treatment plans and administer effective evaluations documentation and communication of medical speech and language skills development articulation ability and voice and fluency disorders of patients implement and evaluate individualized patient therapy plans coordinating therapy modifications to the individuals plan of care with the Director of Clinical Services and the individuals and develop intervention strategies; routinely review pertinent medical data to determine the effectiveness of therapy services in reaching maximum rehabilitation potential for each individual individuals served family members and primary caregivers as needed to ensure the maintenance of or acquisition of optimal functioning level for each effective coordination of home care services through timely completion of required documentation and transfer of pertinent medical data to the individuals physician Director of Clinical Services and other and document comprehensive evaluation reports to summarize tests utilized results of test(s) and diagnosis of speech/hearing and record assessments evaluations therapy interventions and patient changes according to physician orders and the Mentor Networks and take appropriate actions on all concerns and/or appropriate HIPPA compliance and a safe patient : Masters Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language years experience as a Speech state licensure/certification as a Speech -motivated and detail-oriented with ability to communication and analytical to a multidisciplinary team Join Us Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company time off and holiday work adding value to the organizations mission alongside a great team of job security with nationwide career development and advancement have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply Today!
