Job Summary

This role will be an assessing therapist with a lighter case load to take on some DOR responsibilities.

Attending morning meetings facility meetings and doing the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT OT ST PTA COTA).
Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes.
Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients.
Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and facility regulations.

Requirement description :

1 year of SLP experience - Required
Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting. -Required
Knowledge of PDPM - Required
MO State License - Required
