Processandcoordinatepayrollandrelatedprocedureswithhighaccuracy
Applyin-depthknowledgeofbenefitscompensationprinciplesincometaxandretirementplans
MaintainandupdateHRMSmasterdatawithafocusonnon-financialdataintegrity
EnsurecompliancewithstatutoryrequirementsrelatedtopayrollincludingPFESIProfessionalTaxLWFandTDS
ConductthoroughreconciliationbetweenPaybooksapplicationoutputsandinputdata
Performvarianceanalysistoensurepayrollaccuracy
Manageannualcompliancereportingforsalary-relatedstatutoryrequirements
Addressandresolveemployeequeriespromptlyandeffectively
Reviewandapprovechangesinemployeerecordsincludingexemptionsinsurancecoveragesavingsdeductionsjobtitlesanddepartmentaltransfers
Compilecomprehensivereportsonearningstaxesdeductionsleavedisabilityandnon-taxablewages

MBAinHumanResourcesorbachelorsdegreeincommerce
Experiencelevels:2to5years
Minimum1yearofexperienceintechnicalsupportwithdomesticclients
Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
Strongclientrelationshipmanagementabilities
ComprehensiveknowledgeofIndianHRandPayrolldomains
Highdegreeofpatienceandproblem-solvingskills
ProficiencyinMSExcel
Abilitytoperformunderpressureduringpeakperiods(month-endquarter-endandyear-end)
Shoulddevelopin-depthproductknowledgetodoproductfitmentgapanalysisbetweenclientsrequirementandproductfeaturesandfunctionalities
