Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer for atrusted client located in West Melbourne (Dynon Road)

The important parts:

Pay:$35 per hour
Duration: 3- month contract
Hours:MondayFriday
Hybrid: Minimum 2 days per week onsite

What you will be required to do:

You will support a busy customer service team located in West Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction administration and working in a fastpaced environment.

Handling inbound and outbound calls for customer enquiries and booking requests
Responding to email enquiries from customers and internal departments
Accurate data entry and administration support
Providing a professional and friendly customer service experience
Supporting daytoday operational requirements as needed

To be successful in the role you will:

Have experience using Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel Outlook)
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability with an understanding of the importance of punctuality and attendance
Show a strong commitment to workplace safety
Be selfmotivated and able to work autonomously while also contributing to a team
Have a high level of attention to detail
Be comfortable working in a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite
