The Opportunity
As Vice President you will play a pivotal leadership role in leading our North American financial advisory practice. You will be expected to pitch financial advisory mandates manage complex transactions concurrently build and train a growing team of practitioners and consistently provide high-quality bespoke services to our clients. This role requires a strategic mindset strong leadership skills a deep understanding of the P3 finance landscape and expertise in deal management and technical delivery.
Your Contribution
As an integral member of the global public-private partnership (P3) advisory team you will be challenged to accept increasing levels of responsibility as you develop your skills and reputation. Your work will directly impact our clients and the firm.
Your role will include:
Lead transaction teams to successfully execute PPP mandates
Lead and support the structuring and execution of debt and equity financings including engaging with lenders and investors through to financial close
Developing complex financial models including the use of macros and VBA programming
Assisting in the management of due diligence processes including managing third-party advisors
Mentor develop and manage junior team members
Preparing client presentations and actively participating in discussions
Researching potential business development opportunities

Your Skills and Experience
A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in PPP transactions including financial modeling
Strong deal management and technical delivery capabilities
Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing
Strong business development and client relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to structure and execute PPP mandates
Committed to producing accurate and thorough work product under tight deadlines
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
